Advocates at Solace play a vital role in helping patients navigate complex health challenges and address health-related social needs. We’re seeking a Lead Advocate to serve as a front-line resource to our growing team of advocates, providing guidance and support through all the steps of the advocate-patient journey. This position will assist with advocate onboarding and training, be the first-line responder for advocate questions, and develop content and protocols that will allow advocates to help a wider array of patients.
